We’ve just launched a new feedback service for our home and motor insurance.

As you’ll see, our customers’ opinions really matter to us. And, as part of our efforts to continually improve the way we work, we’ve been working with a leading social and ecommerce software company, Bazaarvoice, to launch a new online feedback service.
We send new customers an email shortly after they’ve bought a policy online or over the phone; inviting them to rate our product and service out of five – and write a short review. And those ratings and honest reviews will help you learn what to expect from us.
The review can focus on anything, from the product and service, to its value for money, our telephone manner or the online experience. Bazaarvoice is completely independent, and never censor any reviews. And since they include both positive and constructive comments, you get a balanced view.
Heather Smith, our Director of Marketing, said: “Whether buying a book, kettle or TV online, people increasingly seek reassurance before purchase. Online customer reviews are now commonplace and a key part of the decision-making process.
We want to give new customers more information about the service they can expect to receive, as well as identify areas where we can improve our customer service in the future.”
Already, we’ve received more than 1200 reviews. And the response has been overwhelmingly positive, with an average 4.6 out of 5 from motor insurance customers, and 4.5 out of 5 from people buying our home insurance.
