Excellent policu

Good, friendly service. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. After comparing this car policy with a range of others it seemed very good value for money.

Claim review

They excelled in the end!

Initially my claim was "forgotten" for nearly two weeks and I was getting a bit annoyed. The evidence was indisputable - third party was liable and was insured by Aviva. After a call to Philip in the claims team everything was immediately kicked back into play and my car was booked in for repair and the hire car was ready for me to use. I also was paid compensation which I had asked for and didn't expect. I've been insured by Aviva for a number of years for both car and Building/contents. My renewal was in doubt but my faith has been fully restored. My only gripe is that they need to speed up their phone response time! (in hand I believe).

Good, cover, price and service

I researched extensively before deciding on Aviva who appeared to offer the deal best on cover and price. I found the same last year when I changed my household insurance to them. On both occasions the policy purchase was easy.

Wow saved lots of money on multicar insurance

I am well pleased. I took out car insurance with Aviva when i changed my car. I cancelled my policy with the other company because aviva was so much cheaper. Then my wife changed her car and her original insurance company want a lot extra. Because of multicar insurance her premium went down of up. So she changed insurance companies aswell. Easy to use web site. No hassle.

Great deal and service

Recently had insurance with another company who didnt stick to the price after i had signed and decided the details were not acceptable. Then gave me a new price of over double. I called aviva and explained my situation and they priced me according to the original price i was given. Amazing service and understanding, great price aswel.

ACCIDENT CLAIM

Whilst car parked outside home a truck reversed into it. Fortunately, driver responsible was honest and freely admitted his error. At time details passed to AVIVA. Within the hour, Bodyshop had contacted me to arrange uplift and rental company also to provide a complementary vehicle. my own car was returned within the week fully repaired and valetted. Excellent service throughout.
