Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Claim review

good customer support

Accident reporting was easy even on a Saturday. Claim was handled quickly, although the first choice garage could not do the work. Second garage was very helpful and did the repairs efficiently.

Lovely customer service

I did my insurance online to check the price but didn't complete the purchase I got a call from aviva to ask if I was having trouble with their site I explained I was looking at quotes and for them to call me the next day they did I went through the policy with the nicest lady and arranged my perfect cover cheaper than any on the comparison web sites brilliant!

Great Value for Money

Great value for money but customer service representatives always seem to not understand if anything more than buying car insurance and often make mistakes in your policy documents that need correcting, but on the other hand have been great just could do with better comprehension training for service staff,

Claim review

Repairs Watchout

The claim process was handled swiftly but wasn't exactly clear with proper communication. My car had to be repaired twice (though the damage was caused by a third party). The parts first used on my 18 month old high value car were not the manufacturers which resulted in poor fitting and sub-standard parts, resulting in diminution of value of said vehicle. If we hadn't been so attentive both Aviva and the repair body shop JCC would have got away with a sub-standard repair and modified my car without telling me. Just because the vehicle reg was 02, this does not mean the car is of that era - make sure the age of car is known to all parties and be specific that OEM parts are used, which is standard policy for cars less than 4 years old.
