Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Claim review

Good service throughout

I had a silly claim whereby my electronic parking brake failed and the car rolled away across the road into a wall. Avila were great all done over the phone, no forms to fill out etc. repairs were completed and back on the road in less than a week.

Looking for the best

With 25 years no claims bonus and my age being over 50, I have been shocked that most insurance "compare" websites charge me so much. So this year I took the time to check out direct insurance websites. Aviva car insurance website was easy to fill the online forms, offered first class policies and most importantly offered me the lowest premium.

Easy and Competitive

Appreciated the flexibility built into the quote system. Pricing was a little better than my existing provider and overall I find Aviva easy to deal with. I suspect that over time it could be that being able to potentially keep my insurance policies in one place will be helpful.

Excellent and easy service

Service from Aviva was excellent and helpful in every way I think though that questions should be asked about the repair side. The body shop help and mannerism was excellent, but a lacking of detail from the body specialist. A correct way to audit this should be enforced. After all the good work five items could have let every thing else down

All went ok

start of claim to end no problems anywhere. Customer service at Aviva good. garage used good. Delivery and pick up of car on time. Returned on time and in the time expected. Contact with garage was informative. Only once contacted Aviva and all sorted from one phone call. Have used comaany for some time and will continue to do so.

Having been lucky enough not to have a claim for many years,I found the whole process very quick and easy.the whole process was carried out via telephone and internet and all done and dusted in under two weeks,they even found adverts for similar cars to mine.
