Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Great price and Customer Service

I purchased my car insurance online and I would definitely recommend Aviva. The website is really easy to use. The 'My Account' facility is great. I used another online provider previously and was unable to access my documents or account - it took them 3 months after my constant chasing to rectify the situation - hence why I didn't renew with them this year! What has really impressed me - is that I got a 'genuine' welcome / service call from Aviva. A really friendly guy - thanking me for my custom and welcoming me to Aviva. There was NO hidden hard sales - just a gentle reminder of the additional car discount they offer and that there other services that may be suitable should I need them. Because there was no hard sell during that call - I am definitely more inclined to use Aviva in future. Very impressed.

recently had to change my insurance policy and googled insurance co and tried on or two companies before coming to Aviva,dont do compare sites,well when I had entered all my details I was quietly pleased with the results not just the price but for the other options I require also,as Aviva also have multi car policies so I put me van details in also and it came back favourably also,everything was very simple and straight forward,

From start to finish I could not have asked for more. The customer service and then the repair itself was excellent.

From the moment that I rang Aviva to tell them that my wife driving our C2 had hit a deer, your Customer service took over with superb efficiency. Within a short time I received a phone call from Nationwide Crash Repairs to tell me when they were coming to pick up the car and deliver my courtesy car. There was a short delay whilst Aviva considered the estimate for the repairs but then I received a call from your Customer Services telling me that they had authorised the repairs and Nationwide were going ahead with them. It took a further week to complete the repairs but when I saw the result I knew the wait was worth while as I had a car returned to me like a new car. I cannot praise Aviva and Nationwide enough for their efforts on my behalf.

no problem with aviva only fault is the repairer they use not much pride in their work car clinic
