Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Lost BAHA

Once I explained what a BAHA Bone Attenuated Hearing Aid was the gentleman was very professional in dealing with the claim. The NHS invoice was e-mailed to him and within an hour I had a phone call and the monies was transferred to my bank. I was lost without it I can now hear. .

Easy process

Rang with claim (burst pipe & wall making good) Monday all sorted and work completed by Friday apart from painting which happened on the next Monday

Good customer service

Only coment I would make is please change your telephone number on your documentation, I only learned about the cheaper charges once I got through and charged at a higher rate.

VERY GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE

Initial contact to make claim was quite good in the end, at first operator sounded a little difficult, thereafter he gave clear and concise indications on the claim process and actions. Contact and first visit by your named contractors was very good, update following this visit, was not of same standard. Work was carried out well.

Effortless claim process

Stolen bike replaced by excellent company contracted with Aviva. Thought I would receive a poorer quality bike as a replacement but the same make and spec were offered to me and the new model as well. Effortless claim process, makes me confident if I ever had the unfortunate reason to make another claim.

This company is hard work .........

After my Mother's death, I had to contact her insurer, Aviva. This was January 2015 and the process to date has been extremely iffy. I say this as I have received conflicting information from different agents at different times. I always thought that one's insurer should be precise. Not so here so this does not inspire much confidence.
