Are there conditions when using certain offers?

Individual offers may have specific restrictions on usage, such as time limitations, one use vouchers, & minimum spends. Whatever the conditions are, you'll find them clearly displayed on the offer page under terms and conditions. We strictly regulate the companies that feature on our site, so if you find an offer that isn't being honoured, or has misleading or incomplete terms of use, just contact us and we will look into it further.

Do I need to be an Aviva customer to benefit from these offers?

Yes. The offers on this site are only open to current Aviva direct insurance customers. If you wish to benefit from these offers, you can become an Aviva insurance customer by visiting www.aviva.co.uk for a great range of products.

How often is the site updated?

The site is updated every 4 months with a great range of existing & new offers and prize draws.

Is there a limit on the number of offers I can obtain?

There is no limit on the number of offers you wish to apply for. There may be restrictions on how often you can use the voucher/code on some offers, please read the terms and conditions for each offer.

How do I redeem the offers?

The offers can be redeemed by either downloading a voucher or quoting a reference number unique to the offer. Use the 'redeem offer' button on each offer to Log-in and view the offers.

Why do I need to log in?

We are aware lots of our customers prefer to keep their personal details private. That's why our registration process only asks for a minimal amount of information – your name and policy number.
We require registration to verify that you are an existing policy holder. Once this has happened, you can navigate around the site and click on the various offers which interest you.

What can I do if I have a technical difficulty or problem redeeming an offer?
