We'll send you a letter giving you the projected value of your policy when it matures.
We'll send you a maturity pack, telling you the estimated maturity value of your policy.
The pack contains your option forms so you can tell us what you want to do with your money. You should try to return these to us at least two weeks before the maturity date of your policy.
There's also a short brochure, which will help you complete the forms and give you some ideas for what you could do with your money if you don't have any plans for it.
If we haven't heard from you, we'll send you a reminder letter, asking you to complete and return the maturity form and policy document. We need to know what you want us to do with your money when your policy matures.
We will pay your final maturity value either directly into your account or transfer all or part of the amount to the Base Rate Tracker. We can only do this on the maturity date if we've received your instructions and all the documents we've asked for at least two weeks before this date.
If the maturity date falls on a non-working day, we'll pay your money on the next available working day.
Once the money has been paid into your account or transferred fully or partially into the Base Rate Tracker, we will send you a settlement letter as confirmation.
We will also provide you with a full breakdown of the value.
