We’re still working on adding all policies to MyAviva. If we haven’t added yours yet, you can request your policy details over the phone. Find the right contact number for your policy below.
- Home, Motor or travel policies bought through a broker – please contact your broker directly – you’ll find their contact details in your policy documents.
- Business vehicle insurance - 0345 030 7077. Monday to Friday 8.00am-8.00pm, Saturday 8.30am-5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm

Investments and Annuities
- Aviva Stocks & Shares ISA and Collective Investment bought before May 2015 – you can get your policy details here.
- Aviva Wrap and Aviva SIPP bought via a Financial Adviser – you can get your policy details here.
- Annuities bought via Commercial Union or General Accident – 0808 156 3883. Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm
Other reasons your policy may not appear in MyAviva
If your policy type isn’t listed above, there may be other reasons your policy isn’t showing.
- If you are a Friends Life Customer, you won’t be able to register for MyAviva just yet but we’re working on this.
- You’re only able to view policies where you are the principle policy holder. Named and main drivers are not able to register for MyAviva.
- If you’ve recently bought a policy it can take up to 24 hours to show in account.
- If you have more than one policy with us but can’t view all your policies in this account, your personal details like your name and address may not match across all policies, a quick call to us on the number below can resolve this.
- If you can’t see your home policy it may be that your correspondence address doesn’t match the address you have on other policies you hold with Aviva. If you wish to have a separate correspondence address to your other policies, you will need to register/maintain a separate MyAviva account in order to view that policy.
