Have you ever paid into a Life, Pension or Investment policy that you have lost touch with?
Have you ever wondered what happened to it?
Are you searching for a policy on behalf of someone else?
If the policy was taken out with a company that is now part of Aviva we may be able to help you.
You can apply online by completing the 'Track down your old policy' form.
Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks to trace a policy.
You can call us on 0800 158 2465 (Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm). You will be asked similar questions to those on the 'Track down your old policy' form so to speed up the process it is recommended you view these questions before calling.
If you are searching for a policy that belongs to someone else we will need proof you have the right to do so. This could be because someone has died, or you act on their behalf. We'll let you know what documents we need when we start the search process.
Aviva was formed in May 2000 following the merger of Aviva and CGU.
Aviva is made up of a number of other past companies.
As well as helping you to locate any Aviva policies, if you think you may have lost touch with policies from other companies, the Association of British Insurers (ABI) has a dedicated page to help you get in touch with these companies.
