We can't:

• deal with motor or home insurance. If you are trying to locate either a motor or home insurance policy please visit our contact us page.
• deal with general enquiries on existing policies. If you have an enquiry on your existing policy or you know your policy number please visit our contact us page.

You can apply online by completing the 'Track down your old policy' form.

You can call us on 0800 158 2465 (Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm). You will be asked similar questions to those on the 'Track down your old policy' form so to speed up the process it is recommended you view these questions before calling.

Searching for a policy on behalf of somebody else?

If you are searching for a policy that belongs to someone else we will need proof you have the right to do so. This could be because someone has died, or you act on their behalf. We'll let you know what documents we need when we start the search process.
