Group Critical illness pays out a lump sum if you are diagnosed with a critical illness that meets our policy definition and then survive for at least 14 days. We only cover the critical illnesses we define in our policy and no others. An eligible Group Critical Illness claim gives your employee a lump sum to spend as is necessary: paying bills for example, or making alterations to the home. With Group Critical Illness in place, your employees are reassured about the future, and appreciative of your interest in their welfare.
