You tell us what the ideal benefits package looks like, and we’ll do our best to build a proposition that meets your budget as well as your needs. We understand the importance and the value of both, so we’ll draw on our experience to propose a mix of features from our group products to bring tangible added value to your business:

  • Group Income Protection cover. Your employees may receive a financial benefit in the event of a long-term illness or injury, but you can set benefit levels and decided when they should begin.
  • Group Life cover. Vital support, when it’s needed most. An employee’s family receives a lump sum in the event of death while cover is in place. Arrange the benefit for all employees or just senior staff – it’s up to you.
  • Group Critical Illness cover. Pays out a lump sum if employees are diagnosed with a critical illness that meets our plan definition and then survive for at least 14 days. We only cover the critical illnesses we define in our plan and no others.
  • Private health insurance. We can help your employees get back on their feet and back to work promptly when they’re ill, but offer wide-ranging benefits to help them stay healthy, too.
