An EAP offers guidance, confidential advice and information to individual employees. Confidentially, they can get the support they’re looking for – which means they can stay focused during working hours on delivering results for their employer. We provide a large resource of online health-orientated knowledge, which can help individuals resolve issues at work or in their personal lives. Through counselling sessions, employees can also seek help to deal with unexpected crises, as well as day-to-day worries in a range of areas involving money, problems in their personal lives, legal issues, relationships, work, family crises, and health and illness.
