- Deadline for receipt of entries is 31st October 2010. Only one entry will be accepted per person per draw.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. Entry is by online submission of a completed survey only.
- The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 and over, except employees of Aviva, Confirmit, their families, or anyone directly connected with the prize draw.
- Responsibility cannot be accepted for incomplete or delayed entries nor for those not received for whatever reason. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries that are altered, illegible or not in accordance with the rules of entry will be disqualified. The prizes must be accepted as offered.
- There is only one prize, to be given out to one winner.
- The prize draw will take place on 5th November 2010. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.
- If the prize has not been accepted within four weeks of the notification, a redraw will take place.
- The winner will be the first entry drawn by an independent person after the closing date.
- The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry is deemed acceptance of these rules.
- Aviva reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- The winners' name and county of residence will be available 28 days after the closing date on request to aviva.feedback@aviva.co.uk
