Thank you for making the 2013 Health Insurance Awards such a significant event for us.  Because of your support, we won 5 awards – including Health Insurance Company of the Year, for the 4th year running.

We are so proud to be working with you and your clients, and we value the feedback that you give us.  Without you, we would not be where we are today.

We are committed to developing our products and improving our services so that you and your clients continue to place business with us.

Building on this, we would like to take the opportunity to remind you of some key improvements we have made over the past 12 months.  We have:

MyHealthCounts
MyHealthCounts helps Healthier Solutions customers to understand and improve their health and fitness levels – through support and guidance.  By improving their health, customers could achieve up to a 15% discount on their renewal premium.

BacktoBetter
We have further enhanced our BacktoBetter proposition through adding Nuffield Health to our panel of rehabilitation providers.  Together Nuffield Health and HCML offer our members a highly successful approach to treating and managing musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions –helping employees to make a prompt recovery and reducing workplace absence, resulting in effective management of the cost of treating MSK conditions.

International Solutions
We have enhanced our international Private Medical Insurance product.  International Solutions now gives your clients more flexibility, an improved structure and enhanced benefits to suit their needs and budgets.

Gulf Solutions
We have launched Gulf Solutions – our international Private Medical Insurance product that is designed specifically to meet the needs of those living or working in the Gulf region.

International Health Insurance Quote Tool
We have launched a useful online tool, providing intermediaries, companies and individuals with an indicative premium for their International Solutions policy.

We have improved the way in which we communicate with you: through our intermediary support teams and through our HealthcareZone.

• Our face-to-face teams offer product training and support on selling PMI.

• Our telephone-based teams are dedicated to supporting you, from quote to renewal.  Our in-house expertise means that whoever you speak to, you'll get in-depth knowledge, not just on our healthcare products but on how you can fit PMI & iPMI into your own product portfolio.

• Our HealthcareZone has been designed around you – giving you an easy way to access everything you need to sell Aviva PMI.
