A qualified GP is just call away using our 24-hour GP Helpline, giving users peace-of-mind that should there be something wrong they can speak to a GP day or night.
The GP helpline is also available for information on general healthcare, such as what sort of jabs will be needed before going on holiday.
Our Stress Counselling Helpline is also available, with experienced counsellors are there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
This service is standard on our private medical insurance policies and individual and group income protection.

We want to reward our customers for being healthy, but we also want to help them improve their health. That’s why we have created MyHealthCounts, our new and unique wellness programme.
With MyHealthCounts our individual policyholders will be able to get a better understanding of their health and by doing so could get a discount on their private medical insurance premium (during their next policy year after renewal).

Employees of schemes covering more than 50 employees are able to get discounts on our car and travel insurance policies.
This service is standard on our private medical insurance policies, individual income protection and Group Risk and Occupational Health customers.

Rather than having to shop around for cost effective travel insurance cover every time on of your employees travels abroad why not add it to your Solutions policy.
As well as covering your employees for business travel, the policy also has the added advantage of covering your employees and their dependants for leisure travel as well.
This insurance is only available for private medical insurance schemes with between 50 and 249 employees. There is a charge for adding this cover to your policy.
