• Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). A confidential advice and information service – and is now free when your client purchases an Aviva Group Income Protection policy.

  Staffed by qualified GPs and trained counsellors, our EAP gives employees who are covered by Group Income Protection access to clinical and professional expertise – and the chance to talk about all kinds of work and personal issues, such as stress, family, relationships, illness, retirement and personal crises.

  Our EAP also offers your clients face-to-face counselling as standard and they'll get access to a wide range of online services. These give their employees and managers help and guidance on all the work and personal issues mentioned above.
