Help your clients reduce the impact of stress and sickness
Our EAP is a confidential advice and information service – and is now free when your client purchases an Aviva Group Income Protection policy.
Staffed by qualified GPs and trained counsellors, our EAP gives employees who are covered by Group Income Protection access to clinical and professional expertise – and the chance to talk about all kinds of work and personal issues, such as stress, family, relationships, illness, retirement and personal crises.
By helping to nip any problems in the bud, the EAP could help your clients reduce sickness absence and improve staff wellbeing.
EAP offers your clients:
- Employee telephone services - helplines include; stress counselling, GP and health, legal, financial, bereavement and more
- Manager telephone services - helplines include; dispute resolution, management consultation, trauma support and general advice and guidance
- Counselling services - 4 sessions of face-to-face counselling per employee and 4 sessions of telephone counselling per employee as standard
- Online services - this includes a wide range of online content on workplace and personal issues to help both your clients employees and managers
- Sickness absence - having our EAP in place can help reduce sickness absence by sorting any issues before they cause the employee goes off work.
Upgrade to additional face-to-face counselling sessions
Your clients can enhance their EAP service by offering more face-to-face counselling sessions that they offer to their employees. This is usually to 6 or 8 sessions per employee.
Cover all staff
Your clients can also upgrade to provide Telephone and Full EAP to all employees – even if they're not covered by the Group Income Protection policy.
