Working closely together, we can help employers manage their policy in detail and see how claims performance affects future premiums. Benefits of Key Account Solutions include:

  • Dedicated contacts. With larger businesses and more personnel involved, consistency plays a key part in ensuring an efficient service. We’ll nominate a dedicated team - from underwriters to claims handlers and rehabilitation personnel - to be key points of contact throughout.
  • Key Account meetings. We’ll arrange two meetings each year with a Key Account Manager. This will help us review needs as they change, so that we can provide the best possible service.
  • Tailored claims reports. These reports contain bespoke information and commentary on each scheme. Reports can include claims performance, status of any current claims, and comparison data.
