Occupational Health
Occupational Health is about protecting, maintaining and promoting the physical and mental health of your employees within their work environment. An effective Occupational Health strategy proactively supports your clients employees and their business productivity through the promotion of staff well-being. By highlighting potential health issues, advance measures can be taken to manage and minimise them.
Our Occupational Health services also help companies find and improve risk areas within the work environment which could be considered detrimental to their workers’ health. This in turn helps their clients reduce the cost of absence, injury and legal risk to their business.
Why is Occupational Health so important?
We offer a number of Occupational Health services that can help your clients business, whatever their size, to mitigate the risk and lower the impact of employee absence.

With MyHealthCounts for Business your clients will be rewarded for their employees taking part in the programme by receiving up to 100% discount off the following year’s MyHealthCounts for Business programme cost. With a regular health screen, your employees can be aware of any medical issues before they become a problem. Preventative care allows them to treat potential illnesses more easily and cost effectively, which in turn keeps sickness absence levels at a minimum. Health Screening also demonstrates to your employees that you value their well-being, motivating them to do their best work.
