Donna Rushby
The Sales Development Teams are managed by Donna Rushby. Donna joined Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) in August 1990 moving to the Healthcare division as a Sales Consultant in 1998. Donna then moved into a Sales Manager Role and more recently became Sales Development Manager where she has overall responsibility for the Individual Sales team and Small Group PMI Sales team.

Marcus Clay – Individual PMI Sales Manager
Marcus has worked at Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) for 10 years and in the Healthcare division for 7. He now manages the individual PMI Sales team which provides technical support and assistance for IFA’s and healthcare specialists.

Sioned Tym–Crowther – Individual PMI Retention Consultant
Sinoed has been at Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) for 3 years providing telephony, quotation and administrative support. A move to the role of Individual PMI Retention Rep within the Healthcare Bureau now sees Sinoed offering support to intermediaries on policy renewals.

Matthew Tagg – Small Group PMI Sales Manager
Matthew has worked for Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) for over 9 years and during this time he has held a number of positions within the Intermediary Sales Division before becoming Sales team manager. Having a variety of roles has given Matthew an in-depth understanding of the PMI market and the issues facing Intermediaries, this allied to the understanding of Aviva’s own structure puts him in a fantastic position to advise intermediaries and to ensure that we as a company are consistently meeting their own and their client needs.
