Hospital lists
In order for us to provide our customers with up-to-date hospital list information we are removing hospital lists from all printed documentation for all of our individual and small group private medical insurance (PMI) policies (excluding Solutions).
All new and existing customers will be directed to a page on www.aviva.co.uk to view their relevant hospital list. This information will be contained in a pdf document.

The Solutions (small corporate) hospital list can be downloaded here.
For hospital lists of our other products please refer to the Document Library.
You should therefore download and print it for your customers if needed.
Our Solutions product will continue to have a printed hospital list at the present time.
