New Claims Team
The New Claims Team is the first point of contact for customers wanting to make a claim. Whether it’s a broken arm or a long-term illness, they will ensure the claims process is trouble-free.
We realise that circumstances can be stressful when making a claim - our dedicated Team is comprised of specially trained staff to handle emotional complexities, with all team members either qualified or studying to become qualified Claims Counsellors.
Our Claims Advisers will also advise customers on the additional help, support and assistance that is available to them, depending on the reason for their Income Protection claim.
Intervention Team
The Intervention Team is made up of medically qualified staff - on hand to assist in a speedy and safe return to work. Help can range from telling customers about Support Services for their condition to medical advice or access to medical services such as Physiotherapists or Psychiatric Therapists.
Disability Benefit Advisors
Our Disability Team are dedicated to advising Income Protection customers on the benefits available to them during the time they are unable to work.
