Wherever you are, if you need to make a claim, we’ll do our best to support you every step of the way. Once you’ve had your treatment, simply complete a claim form. Send us your bills, and we’ll pay the eligible costs of your care. To make sure things go smoothly, we’ll even accept some claims by email or fax to speed up the process. And providing we have everything we need, we’ll aim to pay eligible international claims within 5 working days.
We don’t restrict your treatment to a specific list of hospitals. If there isn’t treatment available in the country you are in, we’ll evacuate you to the nearest country where treatment is available. We’ll do everything we can to make sure your international claim goes smoothly and that you get the care you need as soon as possible.
You’ll have access to medical assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is provided by MEDEX Global Solutions, a specialist medical assistance company with over 30 years experience. Using their database of over 40,000 medical care providers, all around the world, we can help you can get treatment and care wherever you need it, whenever you need it.
