Increased Mortgage Choice for IFAS

Norwich Union has appointed Sun Bank to its MortgageClub’s panel of lenders. Sun Bank is the specialist mortgagelender of the Portman Building Society Group. They offer a widerange of products from buy-to-let to 100% mortgages and cater forindividuals who find it difficult to prove their totalincome.

The addition of Sun Bank to the Mortgage Club Panel takes thenumber of lenders to 25, giving IFAs a wide range to choose from tomeet customers needs.

Head of mortgage development at Norwich Union, Jon Round, commented“The addition of Sun Bank to our mortgage panel increases thechoice for IFAs. Sun Bank has recently launched an attractive rangeof products, including a range of true Self-Certificationproducts.”

IFAs who submit applications to Sun Bank through Norwich Union willreceive a procuration fee of up to 0.4% of the advance (minimumĀ£100, with no maximum).
