Aviva Commercial Finance is pleased to announce that it has provided a £32.2 million loan to Kier and Calderpeel Partnership Ltd to build 11 new fire stations for the Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The development will consist of new fire stations being built in Chase Terrace, Penkridge, Codsall, Loggerheads, Kinver, Burton on Trent, Longton, Rugeley, Lichfield, Leek and Stone.
Kevin Sale, commercial finance director at Aviva, said: “We’re so pleased to have been able to extend our lending to the Fire and Rescue Service on this project, working together with Kier and Calderpeel Partnership Ltd to provide 11 valuable fire stations for the Staffordshire area. We provide long term, fixed rate debt across a number of sectors and this scheme represents a good long term investment for us and our customers.”
