Launch of HPI's Customer Watch service helps dealers make contact with the right customers

In an economic climate where the predictions of a recession appear to be becoming reality, motor dealers need to be sure that their customer communication and prospect marketing are cost effective. With this in mind, HPI has specifically developed its new product, Customer Watch, which enables dealers to ensure that they contact the right customers, with the right information at exactly the right time.

HPI's Customer Watch informs dealers whether customers that have bought a vehicle from them still own it, or whether the vehicle has been written-off or stolen. With this valuable information to hand, the dealer can then ensure that their customer database is up to date, and therefore only contact relevant customers about forthcoming services and MOT's or with details of the latest promotions.

By means of a simple process Customer Watch can provide dealers with the reassurance that their customer communications are not only timely and targeted, but cost-efficient at a time when cost savings are key.
