Morley Fund Management, one of the UK’s largest fundmanagers, has appointed Glen Prentice as a fund manager to itsemerging markets and Asia Pacific equities team. Glen will beresponsible for managing emerging European equities in both lifeand retail funds and will report to the head of emerging markets& Asian equities Niall Paul.
Glen joins Morley this month from JPMorgan Cazenove, where hewas an equities analyst covering the oil and gas sector. He bringsto Morley an excellent balance of buy and sell-side experience.Prior to JPMorgan Cazenove, he worked at West LB Asset Managementas a fund manager on their Eastern European Convergence Fundbefore moving on to become an oil analyst at ING FinancialMarkets.
Of Morley’s £134 billion assets under management, itmanages £48.5 billion in equity assets (as at 30.6.2005)and the Emerging Markets & Asian Equities team manages £2.5bnbillion (as at 30.6.2005).
