Morley Fund Management, one of Europe’s largest fundmanagers, has appointed Chris Oglethorpe as managing director ofHuman resources and communications.
Chris joins Morley from Lazard in London, where he was mostrecently European HR director and chief operating officer. Between2002 and 2004 he held the role of HR director and global HRcoordinator, leading the London HR team and coordinatingLazard’s global Human Resources effort.
Previously, Chris worked for NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland wherehe was a director of human resources, global infrastructure andglobal financial markets. He has also held senior HR roles atUnilever and BT.
Chris joined Morley on 10 October and will be responsible for HumanResources and Corporate & Internal Communications.
