Norwich Union, the market leading provider in the equity release sector, this week launches a new TV advertising campaign.
The campaign will be first aired on 22 May and will be rolled out across all commercial terrestrial and selected satellite channels. A print launch will also start in June across national and consumer titles, in addition to integrated direct mail and online activity due to go live on 16 June.
The ads centre on the theme "How you spend it is up to you", and communicate how people take out equity release for a wide variety of purposes. This informative campaign encourages consumers over 55 to take advice on equity release or to obtain further information from a free DVD offered by Norwich Union.
Anthony Rafferty, head of marketing, Norwich Union Post Retirement Products, said: "We are delighted to have launched this new TV campaign and are confident it will encourage potential customers to consider equity release. Our research shows that there are a many reasons why consumers take out equity release, and we are confident that this new campaign will encourage consumers to look at it with fresh eyes."
