Robert Fletcher has been appointed as director of marketing forNorwich Union's Life and Pensions business in York.
Robert, who is 36, will be responsible for IFA and BuildingSociety Partnership marketing together with sales and marketingplanning and market intelligence. He will also facilitate theoverall development and delivery of the sales and marketingstrategy.
Previously Robert has held a number of senior sales managementroles within Norwich Union, CGU and Commercial Union. More recentlyhe was divisional manager within the IFA business covering Centraland South West.
Robert said: "There are many challenges currently facing theindustry making this an exciting time to be taking up my new role.With my team I will be working closely with IFAs and our otherbusiness partners to ensure we provide the support and solutionsexpected of the market leading life company."
