BS OHSAS 18001 Gap Analysis
The benefits gained from being able to demonstrate your organisation's commitment to the management of occupational health and safety are rising. Customers and stakeholders are increasingly looking for evidence of this when choosing between companies and occupational health and safety failures are also being more stringently enforced. One very visible way of demonstrating your company's commitment to occupational health and safety is by achieving BS OHSAS 18001 and we can help you achieve this!
Getting the right advice is crucial to success. That's was why the accrediting body, the British Standards Institution (BSI), created their Associate Consultant Programme. We are proud to be amongst the companies they put forward as having the expertise to offer advice and consultancy to organisations seeking to gain accreditation to BS OHAS 18001.
Our BS OHSAS 18001 Gap Analysis service is conducted by a Lead Auditor who will:
- provide an explanation of BS OHSAS 18001 and its requirements to your key staff.
- conduct a detailed examination and verification of your existing management systems, comparing them to the BS OHSAS 18001 specification. This will allow our auditor to prepare a detailed audit report, which will include an action plan identifying what you need to do to bring your management system in line with BS OHSAS 18001.
Our auditor will remain in contact providing support and guidance as you work through the action plan. They can even help you arrange your BSI audit when you are ready.
