What the course covers

On completion of the course, delegates will:

  • Recognise the implications of the CDM Regulations 2007 and the associated Approved Code of Practice, Managing Health and Safety in Construction, and how CDM integrates with existing legal requirements such as Working at Height, PUWER/LOLER etc.
  • Appreciate how the CDM Regulations have replaced the existing Construction, Health Safety and Welfare Regulations 1996
