Aviva's With-Profits Committee
Aviva was one of the first companies to introduce a With-Profits Committee in 2005. The Committee was established to ensure fairness to customers is embedded in Aviva's With-Profits decision-making.
Three external Committee members provide valuable insight, expertise and independence - and two members are senior Aviva executives, who share experience of the day to day management of the With-Profit Funds.
