Aviva Runaway Awareness & Prevention Education in Primary Schools

A key element of Aviva's Street to School Programme is awareness and prevention with school children.

During September 2010 the RAP (Runaway Awareness and Prevention) programme begins across the UK (Perth, Glasgow, Manchester, York, Leeds, Sheffield, Norwich, Leicester, London, Eastleigh and Bristol).

Aviva Employee Volunteers will deliver education modules into the final year of Primary Schools to help children understand the dangers of running away.

The education modules were designed by The Department for Education (formerly DCSF) and The Children's Society.

It is expected that around 7000 Primary School Children will be reached by this education.
