Disapointing

Initial contact on phone good. However unravelled from there, told Repair Centre would email within a few hours but didn't. They then couldn't provide a courtesy car within 48hrs but did offer to arrange a car via Enterprise. They didn't have a car either, wouldn't initially provide a 'drop off' & wanted additional paperwork done. Did eventually get car 3 days later mostly by trying to phone round & cajole myself. Car was a 'write off' & did get reasonably fair price for car but took a further 2 wks at the repair centre which seemed a long time to decide this & no communication in interim. On plus point the accident was not my fault & Aviva did get the person who caused the accident to cover excess & texted re this. And the minute the settlement was in my account the courtesy car had to be returned leaving me without a car as obviously couldn't buy one until money available. Read the small print & never deal with Enterprise (not enough room for that). Won't be renewing with Aviva.

Awesome customer service

When looking for insurance for my landrover a work colleague suggested calling aviva! I phone and spoke to a member of staff at aviva and got a quote, it wasn't the cheapest quote but after looking in to the police it turned out to be cheaper with all the benefits included, the person on the other end of the phone was really helpful and answered all my question, I have told friends and family to use aviva as there customer care is 10/10 they make you feel like your NOT just a number!
