The phone call that took my worries away and started the ball rolling

One phone call and all my troubles were over. Within the hour the car repair company had booked in my car and collected it the next morning. Within half an hour of my car been bookek on for repair, the car hire company contacted me and delivered the hire car to my house. What more could I ask for?
