  • Change your details such as address, retirement age or your beneficiaries
  • Check your pension value
  • Access your pension documents
  • Switch funds
  • Check your transaction history
  • Add a single payment into your policy

Depending on what type of account you have, some of these features may not be available to you.

You may need your policy number if you have never accessed your account online before.

Pension Portfolio

You can check your pension value and amend personal details through MyAviva. However you'll need to manage transactions on Pension Portfolio through your financial adviser.

  • Access your pension documents
  • Make one-off payments or add, change and stop regular payments whenever you want

If you’re over 55 you can also:

  • Take a one-off payment whenever you want
  • Arrange to start taking a regular income
