Aviva strengthens International Solutions team

Following the successful launch of Aviva's newly enhanced International Solutions private medical insurance product earlier this year, we have made some key appointments to strengthen our Sales and Client Relationship team to support substantial growth of our international portfolio.

Janet King joins as International Client Manager from her role at Aetna, and will be using her considerable experience to manage our corporate and SME international schemes.

Duncan Craig, previously Sales Director at Aetna and with former roles at both AXA PPP International and BUPA, joins as International Sales Consultant. Duncan brings with him extensive experience in working with Intermediaries, International sales development and providing multinationals with healthcare solutions.

James Carrick also joins as International Sales Consultant from AXA PPP International, where he was a Broker Sales Consultant, with particular expertise in dealing with intermediaries in the international SME market.

The new appointments will join the 11-strong International Sales and Client Relationship team under the leadership of International Sales and Client Relationship Manager Lisa Rowe. Lisa, who joined from AXA PPP International last November, has extensive experience of the global healthcare market and client management from her former role as Head of Global Account Management at Aetna.

Commenting on the growth of the team, Lisa Rowe says: “I am delighted to be a part of the exciting developments at Aviva International and to be leading a team with a vast amount of knowledge, expertise and reputation within the International market place. We are committed to partnering with our Intermediaries to deliver first class support, service and relationship management for all their International opportunities.”
