As we move through 2016, there’s a key phrase you’re going to hear more from us, “Good Thinking”. It’s a phrase that’s easy to remember, but it’s going to be much more than a simple slogan.

Good Thinking will be the back-bone that underpins everything we do – we want to ensure that our products, propositions and services are truly built around what you need and expect from us.  It’s about constantly reassessing how we work not just to solve your immediate problems or needs, but about striving to make things simpler, better and more efficient for you and your clients.
 

We know that Good Thinking won’t mean anything without the evidence to back it up. We’ve already got some great examples of this in practice, including:

  • Online support to help you grow your business – including toolkits, sales support and training material.  
  • Our healthcare reports, such as Health Check UK and our Relocation Trends report, that give a real insight into customers’ views and behaviours, helping you respond to their changing needs.  
  • Innovative propositions such as BacktoBetter, offering dedicated case management of musculoskeletal claims to help employees with any musculoskeletal condition get back to work quicker, while reducing claims and absence costs for employers.
  • Mobile apps – such as MyHealthClaim, helping your clients find a specialist and discuss their options whilst they’re with their GP.

We’re committed to innovating and improving wherever we can. We’re already working on a number of new developments – which we’ll tell you about as the year progresses.
