Important Change to Healthier Solutions Documents

As part of our move to becoming a truly digital organisation, from mid-September Healthier Solutions renewal documents will be available to customers online via MyAviva.

The documents will be available 34 days before the renewal date of the policy - at the same time they will be sent to you by email. If you are not currently receiving these documents by email then please contact us and we can set this up. 

Policies renewing from 13 November 2017 will be the first to be available online by default. As these renewal documents will no longer be sent in the post to customers, we will also be telling them how to request paper copies should they wish.

This is the first set of Health insurance documents to be available to customers via MyAviva – and more will follow over the coming months.
