Making things easier at renewal

We understand that customer service is paramount. That’s why we’re making it easier for your clients to access their Healthier Solutions renewal documents online.
All Healthier Solutions' customers with a renewal date from 14 February 2018 will now receive their renewal documents via MyAviva. This means that they are easily accessible, whenever and wherever they need them.
How are we communicating this change?
We’ll be writing to your clients 67 days prior to their renewal to let them know about the change. The letter explains how they register with MyAviva and when and where they’ll be able to view their renewal documents.
We recognise that there will be some customers who are less comfortable going online. We’re here to help them activate their account and explain how they can make the most of MyAviva. If they still need a printed copy of their documents we’ll be happy to supply these.
This is the first set of digital documents to be held in My Aviva and marks a real milestone for Health. Keep watching this space for further updates to MyAviva and our progress on our path to paperless.
