Building on the success of our previous improvements to MyAviva, we’re delighted to announce we’ve enhanced the support available to your clients – making it easier for them when they’re making a claim.

So what’s new?

Customers referred to a specialist by their GP can now start their claim online in just a few easy steps and benefit from a speedy response through their preferred contact method.

This new claims journey provides customers with the flexibility to notify us of their claim online and arrange a follow up with one of our claims experts to agree next steps to fast-tracking their consultation.

Increasingly customers are looking for a range of ways in which they can interact with us, across a range of different devices. With this in mind, we’ve developed new ways to guide and support our customers, making their experience of dealing with us as smooth and effortless as possible.

Health customers claiming online via MyAviva can now also benefit from Live Chat with an experienced claims handler, as well as accessing helpful contact numbers and FAQs through our new Chatbot – check us out online at: www.aviva.co.uk/contact-us/
