The advert takes a ‘cradle to grave’ approach to helping consumers understand the on-going need to protect what matters most to them: whether that’s a new addition to the family, a life threatening illness or helping to secure those retirement dreams. Our wide range of products and brand strength allow us to offer peace of mind to your clients, wherever they are on life’s journey.
Of course, a major event in life could be a life threatening illness to a family member. Our Cancer Pledge and cover, as featured in the advert, provides your clients with a named claims adviser from our dedicated Oncology department who will do everything they can to reassure them at this worrying time.
We extended our Cancer Pledge earlier in the year; we removed the financial limits on our ‘reduced out-patient’ option for cancer claims and back dated this to 1 January 2012 when we introduced our cancer pledge. This means that if your clients have selected the ‘reduced out-patient’ option on their policy, we won’t apply the specified limits to any treatment received after cancer has been diagnosed.
