Solutions (2-99 SME’s) Renewals

As part of our ongoing journey to become as paperless as possible, we are pleased to announce we will soon be sending you Policy Renewal Confirmation for your Solutions 2-99 clients by email.

If we don’t already have your email address we will be contacting you to obtain this so that we can include you in this exciting development. This service is expected to start during March and we will let you know when it is available.

In addition, the next phase of making our documents available to customers online within MyAviva is coming soon. From mid-April, main members on a Solutions 2-99 policy will be able to access their Post-Renewal member documents on MyAviva.

We will be writing directly to customers to let them know that their documents are going to be available online and how to access them. We will also be telling them how to request paper copies should they wish, which will all be done in good time.

We are working on revamping our Solutions 2-99 pre renewal documents and will also be making these available to you electronically by email. We will let you know when this next development in our journey to paperless is ready. In the meantime these documents will continue to be sent to you by post.
