Broker Portal has been created to help you take control of SME clients’ membership administration. It offers a host of great benefits with new ones being added over time.

To start using it you just need to call 0345 3000 511 to register. If you are already registered on Healthpoint, please call us to access the new features. Calls may be recorded and/or monitored.

Once you register for Broker Portal you can start taking advantage of all the benefits currently available. These are based around common administration requests, meaning you can easily and quickly manage policies at your convenience.

  • Update members’ addresses
  • Delete members
  • Add dependants
  • Change members’ names
