  • Customers with renewal dates prior to 1 May 2018 will be invited to renew with Aviva in the usual way. They will be offered continuation terms from Aetna from their following renewal.

Developed in partnership with Medelinked, our new app offers International Solutions and Gulf Solutions customers secure, mobile access to MyHealthPassport, provides details of how to claim, and gives immediate access to emergency assistance and medical advice.

Customers can have peace of mind that if they need medical treatment abroad, their medical history can be quickly and safely accessed and shared from their phone - no matter where they are in the world.

International Solutions customers with smartphones can download it for free from the Apple Store and Android Google Play store.

The app means it’s even easier for customers to access the health support provided by their International Solutions policy. If they’re ill or injured, the app lets them dial straight through to our 24-hour emergency assistance and medical advice services. And with a step-by-step guide on how to claim, they’ll have the reassurance of knowing all their vital health information is quickly accessible, wherever they are in the world.

Helping customers safeguard their medical information, wherever they are

It’s up to each individual what they store – from medical details to travel documents, insurance documentation and vaccination reminders. And, they can rest assured that, unless they grant access, neither Aviva nor anyone else will have access to their personal information.

Customers can also immediately upload and store images of scans and x-rays, as well as details of allergies, immunisations, medical conditions, medication and test results.

Through MyHealthPassport, they can also link to their favourite health and fitness apps and devices to seamlessly store and view all their health data in one, secure place.
