Norwich Union Healthcare launches Employer Solutions to simplify choice of corporate health and wellness products

Norwich Union Healthcare has launched Employer Solutions, designed to simplify the vast range of products available to businesses and to provide a complete solution to corporate health and wellbeing needs.

The package, structured into three strands to address specific business needs, introduces Health Protection Solutions - a selection of flexible insurance and protection products, and occupational health services - alongside the recently launched Absence Solutions and Wellness Solutions packages. Each module is available separately or as a complete, integrated solution.

Employer Solutions enables corporate customers to control the specific issues affecting their business, such as controlling absence costs or demonstrating their duty of care to employees.

It allows businesses to:

  • Manage issues
  • Identify and predict trends that may affect their employees and business in the future
  • Provide solutions
  • Improve productivity
  • Manage claims costs.

The service is supported by Norwich Union Healthcare's claims management expertise, utilising its knowledge and experience including oncology, psychiatric conditions and back conditions, to help control the cost of claims and impact on future premiums, as well as enable employers to implement early intervention techniques to manage the cost of claims.

Customers purchasing more than one product from any of the three modules can receive a variety of discounts. Discount levels vary depending on which benefit combinations are chosen.
