You can insure a second vehicle on our Defaqto 5 Star rated MultiCar policy. We expect 20% of our customers to achieve the maximum saving of 1/3.*

Please call us if you want to insure more than two and up to five vehicles.

Already have a motor policy with us?

  • Please call or visit aviva.co.uk/myaviva to add another vehicle.
  • If you already insure more than one vehicle with us on separate policies you can transfer to a MultiCar policy if you call us when one of your vehicles comes up for renewal. We can advise on the best option for you. In certain circumstances it may be cheaper to retain separate policies.

* Up to 1/3 off applied to the cheaper of the two vehicle insurance premiums. Both vehicles must be registered at the same address. Discount does not apply to optional extras.

** You’ll need to provide us with details of the other vehicle and driver.

Excellent customer service!

Absolutely delighted with the level of service received on three occasions when I rang Aviva before taking out my motor insurance policy with them. The customer service advisers were friendly, yet professional, knowledgeable and willing to help. I cannot fault their very efficient handling of my enquiries. I was also delighted with the very competetive premium offered which when taking into account the level of cover and extras that I'd chosen, was much more affordable than some other competitors. Can't recommend Aviva highly enough and I'm a very happy customer. :-)

No contact from claim manager

Initial contact when reporting the accident was a good experience. Went seriously downhill from there. Contact by letter more than 7 days after the accident. Contact from the claim manager the week after that. I found out from the other driver's insurer that she had accepted full liability for the accident. Aviva never confirmed that and I still have no clue - over one month later- whether there is any impact on my no claims bonus. The only positive aspect of the experience was the service from the repairer which was exemplary.
