Your Pet Insurance stories

With every new claim, there’s a story to tell. Here are some examples of how we helped owners and their pets when they needed it most.

Dog tales

Zoe was worried when her 5-year-old cocker spaniel, Blue, became ill and had some unexplained bleeding in his mouth. Fortunately, he was taken straight to the vet for treatment and made a full recovery. And, as he was covered by our Gold policy, we picked up the £297 cost 2.

Cat tales

When Peter’s cat Poppy accidentally swallowed a sewing needle, she needed to have an x-ray and emergency surgery. After a quick phone call, we emailed Peter a claim form and took care of the rest – including paying the £1,500 bill direct to the vet 2.
