Introducing Aviva DigiCare+
We all know looking after our health and wellbeing should be a top priority, but life often gets in the way.
Aviva DigiCare+ can help you prevent, detect and manage common health and wellbeing problems directly from your phone.
The benefits are provided by Square Health and other carefully selected providers.
"It's a fact of life that many people across the UK are dealing with obesity, diabetes and mental health issues, and can't always access the right support to help manage these conditions.
We're committed to providing financial protection to help if the worst happens. But we also want to help you live a happier, healthier life today.
That's why I'm proud to introduce Aviva DigiCare+."
The app offers a range of interconnected benefits to help you take control of your health and wellbeing.
That might be understanding your personal health risks, taking action to improve your health or seeking support because you have a problem.
For example, an annual health check will show your risk of diabetes, high cholesterol and gout. It also looks at your liver, kidney and bone health. Some of these tests could be early warning sign of cardiovascular disease, which is linked to having a heart attack or stroke.
You can then use the app to book a follow-up consultation with a GP, where you can talk about your results and what to do next. This could include other services on the app.
You can access an annual health check, nutritional consultations and discounts on health and fitness services.
You’ll also get 24/7 phone support from a qualified nurse, a UK-based second medical opinion service, mental health consultations with a therapist and an optional paid-for Digital GP service.
Income Protection+ customers have access to a physiotherapy service too.
We can give you emotional support and bereavement counselling and talk you through the arrangements you need to make if someone in your life dies.
Have video consultations, review your history and find out what else you can use - it's all available at your fingertips through the app.
Aviva DigiCare+ is compatible with most iOS and Android mobile devices, Mobile data charges may apply.
If you've got one of our eligible individual protection policies, Aviva Digicare+ will be available to you and eligible family members.
The app isn't part of your policy agreement so we might remove or make changes to it.
Of course, the main reason for taking out a policy with us should be financial protection - you shouldn't take out a policy for Aviva DigiCare+ alone.
Aviva DigiCare+ is a non-contracatual benefit which can be removed at any time. It has no impact on your policy.
Want to know more? Ask your financial adviser for all the details.
if your policy gives you access to the app, why not download it today and get started?
Aviva DigiCare+ is available to download from the App Store or Google Play. Mobile data charges may apply.
Start taking better care of yourself and get a headstart on tomorrow's challenges - you may even sidestep some completely.
Privacy policy and terms and conditions can be found within the app. You will need to agree to these benefits before using the benefits.
