Unfortunately, MyPolicy is unable to process some requests.
In MyPolicy you can't...
- Make any temporary changes (e.g. adding a temporary driver or vehicle)
- Make a change to your policy for 32 days before renewal, however once you have accepted your renewal you will be able to schedule changes in the next term including reducing your mileage and changing your excess
- Make a second change to your policy if you already have a change pending
- Delete drivers or vehicles off motor policies with more than one vehicle
- Change your address on a motor policy
- Cancel your policy more info
- Submit proof of your no claim discount more info
- View or change any other policies (e.g. life, health, pensions, motorbike, breakdown, travel or business car) more info
- Add contents to a buildings policy or add buildings to a contents policy
- Make a payment for any arrears. Please call 0800 051 2210.
- You can't reduce your vehicle excess below the current level until renewal. Please call us at renewal if you want to reduce your excess and have yet to accept your renewal
