MyPolicy is for customers who have purchased car or home insurance direct from Aviva.
View or download your personalised documents.
Amend your details and make changes to your policy online, with no admin fees. You can save up to £18 every time you make a change. This is based on a transaction being carried out to your policy using MyPolicy and not via a call centre where a admin fee could be charged.
There are a wide range of changes available including moving home, changing vehicles, adding or removing covers and changing personal details.
If you pay for your insurance annually, you'll get a discount if you renew online. Follow this link to renew your policy if you just want to renew with no changes, or log in to MyPolicy for the full range of options.
